Board of directors MEETING (posted 02/01/2012)
The next regular Board Meeting will be held on February 23rd, 2012. The meeting is being held at 7:15PM at the Round Table Pizza in Alamo. All members are encouraged to attend.

HOA ELECTION MEETING (posted 10/20/2011)
The annual election will be held on November 10th, 2011. The meeting is being held at 7:15PM at the Round Table Pizza in Alamo. All members are encouraged to attend.

ORKIN PEST CONTROL(posted 10/11/2011)
Orkin will be out on the first Friday of each month between 12PM and 2PM serving half of the association on each visit. If you need a call back please contact management and they will coordinate the matter.

PRESSURE WASHING(posted 10/11/2011)
Pressure washing will be done by Carlos Cleaning Service beginning on 10/17/2011 for the full week. Members please keep your eyes peeled for detailed notification by management in the coming week.

MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAS A NEW ADDRESS (posted 10/08/2011)
Effective October 7th, 2011, our management company has relocated to Moraga, CA. Please see the Contact Us page for the new address and the new fax number.

PASSWORD PROTECTION (posted 06/01/2011)
The Board has adopted a password protection policy for most HOA documents. Please contact the Management Company if you are a homeowner and would like immediate access.

Emergency contact info (posted 08/24/2010)
A big thank you to all owners who responded to the request for emergency contact
information. The “Owner/Tenant Information Sheets” that were mailed out in last
month’s newsletter were a big success. Please contact management if you have any questions regarding this issue.

Revised Rules (posted 08/11/2009)
The Board adopted the updated rules packet at the August meeting. The revised packet is posted on the web site. If you would like a copy mailed to you, then please contact the Management Company.

Good neighbor fence assistance
Looking for some help on how to approach your neighbor, and your legal rights, relating to shared fences? Please see the Good Neighbor Fence document that has recently been uploaded for your convenience. If you have questions please feel free to contact Management.

New Web site for the Rudgear Estates HOA
Rudgear Estates has a new web site at www.rudgearestateshoa.org and all members are encouraged to visit the site. The site also includes detailed information regarding the use of the pool, applicable rules, forms, etc...

MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS PAYMENTS
Please remember the monthly assessment is due by the 15th of each month. Please contact Management if you are having difficulty making your monthly assessments.  The Board will review your request and assist you with a payment plan.
